The formulation of karmic motion is a higher law which expresses the scientific theory of:

1. The outgoing and cyclic return of cause set in motion upon matter and its gravitational effect according to its degree of force over a period of time or number of lives.

2. Time equals a period of cyclic outgoing and return in any given sequence of evolution.
